These cookies are a result of the study of Molecular Gastronomy and Food Science. Therefore they take the best of both of these worlds in their formulation. It comes down to a matter of what ingredients you can take out of food and replace to create a version that is better for your health.

I am a “cookie-aholic” but they just don’t satisfy my hunger. Unbelievably, however, these cookies are suitable as a breakfast replacement. Also enough protein to serve as a post workout snack. They are filling, unlike most cookies, and loaded with nutrition to provide your body with the fuel it requires. This includes 4 grams of protein which is very important brain food you need to start the day, (Get information on protein for brain health here.) And of course they are a healthy snack. You have never been able to enjoy (worry-free) taste-filled cookies such as these that are good for your well being!! And the children will never know that they are eating health food; they are just cookies after all!!

Made with Fruit, Vegetables and Nuts. (Almonds and Hazelnuts). Another ingredient is Tiger Nut. Interestingly, despite their name, tiger nuts are not actually a nut but rather a tiny tuber (like potatoes and yams). Vegetarian, gluten-free and paleo friendly, this root vegetable from West Africa has a taste that is a cross of Brazil nut, sweet potato, and pecan. It has less fat than nuts but more fibre.

They are sweetened with 4 grams of Sugar from the Apple (for 2 cookies) and Monk fruit extract (1/500th of the recipe). (This is the added Sugar on the info)

2 grams of sugar from root vegetables (for 2 cookies)

12-14 grams of fat total (from nuts and vegetables)

10-11 grams of Prebiotic Fiber

4 grams of Protein (for 2 cookies)

They contain 65 milligrams to 140 milligrams of Sodium per Cookie 4% per serving. (based on 2 cookies)

Preserved with Green Tea and Vitamin E. (All Natural Preservatives.)
